By accident we learned roasting peaches makes them much easier to peel, but what we learned that's even more important is how delicious the roasted peaches taste after roasting, the flavor is so bright and the natural sugars are highlighted. Each jar is full of slow roasted local NC peaches, organic sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice, it's like summertime in a jar!
